Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for any reason.
If you have placed an online order on a sale day you the customer has 24 hours after the order is fulfilled by the company to pickup all merchandise. Outside of Sale day you have 3 business days after order has been available to pickup, if not within that timeframe merchandise will become back available and customer will ONLY receive E-Gift card for payment
If the merchandise is not picked is not picked up within the time frame, it will become back available and the customer will ONLY receive in store credit. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. Outside of Sale Day Online orders must be picked up within 3 business days or merchandise will become back available and customer will receive in store credit
