REFUND POLICY| NO REFUNDS

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, incorrect color or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 5 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued in the form of a e-gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number; within 5-7 business days. Please note your internal credit note expires 30 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will now become final sale, unless a mistake is made on our part.

Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

Restocking Fee Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply when the item is no longer available

SALE DAY POLICY

If you have placed an online order on a sale day you the customer has 24 hours after the order is fulfilled by the company to pickup all merchandise.

If the merchandise is not picked up within the time frame, it will become back available and the customer will ONLY receive in store credit. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
